If you do not book a tour in advance (and you can only book it in advance, which you learned during the visit), then it is not very interesting. We walked around the hall, read the information. Real (antique or modern ) there are no belts, only photo prints. You can see a modern machine, but without a guide it is not clear what works there and how. So book the tour in advance
. P.S. the only real belt in the museum is a bookmark for books in a souvenir shop for 95 rubles.

If you want to get the most out of visiting the museum, book a guided tour.
The exhibit hall itself is small, you can run through it in 5 minutes without really understanding anything. With the guide, the dioramas seem to come to life, transporting the group to the harsh realities of a medieval manufactory.
If you're lucky, you can see the work of a modern, unique machine that makes belts today.

A great place, we celebrated the wedding anniversary in a small hall, up to 30 people. Wonderful cuisine, you can invite a presenter with music. There was even a place to dance. I recommend.
