I was sending personal items from China to Ukraine, and upon receipt of the parcel I found that some of the items were missing. All items met the requirements of the company. For what reason the items were taken out of the bag was not explained, the return was refused. As a result, I paid a decent amount for the delivery, but received a disgusting attitude and lost (or stolen!) things. I do not advise anyone to use the services of this company. Look for other, more reliable delivery methods.
