I want to share my experience of buying in Smagard LLC. I had to contact the company about the warranty issue regarding the eccentric machine, since they did not have an agreement with an official service center. Unfortunately, 2 months have already passed, and I have not received either the car or the money. Communication with representatives of the company is not very clear and informative, every time they promise to bring a solution today, but it never happens. It is not known what is happening with my car and what work has been done. In general, there were serious problems and difficulties in the maintenance process. And so far I still don't have a car.

They feed us with breakfast that we will bring. on the day of delivery, it turns out that they will not be delivered. They say we'll call you back - they don't call you back. I do not recommend it.

Samgard LLC is the most low-grade office that I had to deal with. They deceive people by promising to deliver the goods on time, but in fact they simply manipulate the deadlines and do not fulfill their obligations. I waited four months for the product to be delivered, but it never arrived in full, and the company did not provide us with any explanations or apologies. It turned out that Samgard LLC already has about 10 enforcement proceedings, and this is not surprising, given their incompetence and irresponsible attitude towards their clients. I believe that such companies should be closed and deprived of a business license. The whole process of working with Samgard LLC was a complete nightmare for me, and I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism and honesty. I do not recommend contacting this company in any case. You will return the money through the court.
