I don't like to leave a negative review, but the place is very unsightly. Someone said a pub - that's right, a glass room where people come to throw themselves cheaper, having a snack with something simpler. The menu includes belyashi, pancakes, dumplings, etc. The Drunkard is the cheapest, tea is brewed from a bag, coffee is disgusting.
