I wasn't going to leave a review about the Smak store near the 16th floor.(The store is like a store, nothing special). But today's incident "persuaded" me....In short, I had 15 minutes. free time before the bus....I ran in, picked up some groceries quickly (2 min.) and went to the checkout to pay... As a result, in 10 minutes. While standing in line, I realized that I wouldn't make it...He returned the groceries to their place and left in English....The ticket office was open alone, with a queue of 18 people....I am the 19th.... He ran around the room and asked to open the second cash register....to unload the queue at the first checkout.... It didn't work.... Dear store employees, please contact us (for the future) while monitoring the queue at the ticket offices.... I think that the flow of almost 20 people into one ticket office is too much... It would be nice if there was only one cash register for the entire store, like grandma's in the village....There are no more complaints....The store is like a store....
