It looks like a very decent hotel to me. Everything is clean and tidy. However, wi-fi in the room is turned off, it works only in the halls of the floors.
There are shared kitchens with dishes and appliances on the floors. There is no toilet or shower in the rooms, everything is on the floor. There is one bathroom with a toilet and a shower cabin for 2 rooms.
