The staff does not sit at the checkout all the time, people gather in line, and if there is staff, they run from cash register to cash register. I didn't quite understand what it was related to, maybe it was lunchtime, the heat was on and there wasn't enough staff at the checkout. I think there would be self-service cash desks, it would be much faster and more convenient
