However, if a system of bonuses and incentives were introduced, as well as a personal growth program, perhaps the staff would be more motivated. And, as a result, such staff turnover would stop. But there are much more disadvantages, although this is more to the management. The product range is mostly not marketable. For example, tea- basically the whole line is granules, there is absolutely no leaf tea. And even more so green. There is no small cuisine, salads, pastries. Just cookies. It is worth "home-cooked food", but with those salads that are certainly not comparable in the Almaty small. And considering that this is a franchise, I hope the quality standards will please the families as well. But in general, despite the small volumes, this point is the most pleasant to maintain, of all by Family. And even Almaty. Well done guards and cashiers! And of course, a separate respect for top management. Think more deeply about the scheme of discounts and promotions, for example, you take 2, 3 for free, especially for illiquid.
