The worst hotel I've been to. There was mold in the rooms (I was choosing between two rooms and both had mold), which caused the smell to fly all over the room. The cleaner said that their roof leaked and that it was not mold, but water leaked. But this is mold) I had to constantly open the windows, since it was not possible to breathe and it was dangerous for my health. A lot of mosquitoes flew in (no mosquito nets) The air conditioner is not working well. There is dirt everywhere, the toilet lid is broken, the entire floor and walls are stained and dirty, towels with holes, shower gels and soap were put only on the first day of arrival and then it is not allowed ... for a fee. The rooms are cleaned once every 3 days and that's bad. It is necessary to persuade to give toilet paper (it is given at the reception) the promised refrigerator, there is no safe. When we asked where we could throw the bag of garbage that we had formed, the receptionist suggested putting it outside the hotel and that she had nowhere to put it here. Look at the photo and you will understand everything....Tea, coffee are paid, water bottles were also available only on the first day of arrival, although the information about the hotel indicates that it is all in the room. Unfortunately, all the hotels are occupied now and therefore there was no choice where to live. The staff doesn't care about your requests. I am very glad that we left this hotel.... Among the advantages are fast wi-fi, a comfortable large bed, a small work desk, and normal breakfasts. Convenient location near shopping center, shops, cafes.
