Our favorite pediatric dentistry! The doctors are competent, they cured the child's complex teeth using local anesthesia, while other dentists claimed that it could only be done under anesthesia! We found this place on the recommendation of friends and were not disappointed at all! We love Dr. Sakina very much, this is the very specialist to whom the child goes without fear, in 15 minutes she cured her son's molar, without an injection for anesthesia, especially it sunk into my soul how she gently treats patients, and her phrase do not hold him, it scares him, he will open my mouth himself! In fact, that's what happened, the child trusted her. After the treatment of not simple 4 front teeth, the child was given a diploma! How much pride and joy there was! Doctors always give something to children after treatment or examination)

We visited once, both I and the child liked it, the attitude of the doctors and staff is pleasant, everything is clean, neat, modern equipment, X-rays are done right in the same chair and immediately visible on the screen, the doctor gives competent advice, without insisting on the choice of therapy, the decision is made by the parent with the child, which was also liked. There were 2 doctors in the office at once, I would just change this so that there would be an individual office, at least with a partition, parents have a place to sit down and be close. The prices are adequate to the level of the place, we were satisfied. I will take the child here.

I completely agree that neither the administrator nor the doctors are interested in customers, they were with the child today and the same story as in the other review, the child is afraid of doctors, sits and almost cries, I did not notice that the staff is attentive to children. We decided to do an allergy test, which requires 2 days, I asked the doctor if I could get in on Monday, because we were leaving on Thursday and she assured me that we could! It's good that we didn't wait until Monday, but called them half an hour later and received a reply that their entire schedule was packed and there was only a window just before departure! We waited for the first appointment for 4 days, if the patient goes to take the test, then we have to wait a week again!!! I asked why the doctor said that they would accept, to which they told me the doctor would call me back! As a result, no one called back within 4 hours!!! The child had a tooth done at another dentist, along the road, on the same day and without waiting for weeks! The doctor in that dentistry was very friendly with the child, easily persuaded her to the procedure and did everything quickly without an injection that the child did not even make a sound! The child came out and smiled!

It is very difficult to get through to the clinic. First, the answering machine turns on "The first administrator who is released will answer you", and then the call is reset. And so 7 times! I had to call the same clinic on Chekhov - they pick up the phone quickly (thanks to them for that).
The administrator is not at all interested in helping patients and shows it with all her appearance (you can build a conversation in different ways and, as a result, there will be a different sediment in patients). She asked to reset the location of the clinic - she can't (apparently, she doesn't know where she works). Write to some number - they will tell you there...
the doctor was also not interested in working with the patient. When we came to the children's private clinic, we expected an individual approach to the child. The child had a deplorable experience of tooth extraction, which we told the doctor about. It was not just a story, but an anamnesis, so that the doctor understood how to work with the child and how to find an approach, but alas... They didn't explain anything to the child who is really afraid, they didn't tell him about the tools they would use, and they didn't even ask him his name!!! Seriously?! And this is a children's clinic!!! And this despite the fact that the prices are above average (I can compare with other private clinics). We were offered either to bring a dad who will hold the child while he is being treated for a tooth, or to carry out full sedation (in other words, full anesthesia, which turns off the child), because "the child is big and we will not hold him"! And don't you want to talk to the child?!
Admission to the clinic is by appointment only and an hour is given for each patient! An hour!!! But keep in mind, if you stay a little late, then no one will call you and the doctor will happily leave to drink coffee. Yes, yes. Exactly. And when you come, the doctor will not be able to get through and you will be sitting in the corridor. Something like that...
oh yes! You have to worship the clinic a priori, otherwise they will point you to the door, because any criticism is perceived as a joke! They don't even try to fix the situation.
It is worth noting that there is not one child in the office, but 2 who serve at the same time (at least we had such an office). Keep this in mind if you decide to enroll there.
It is worth noting, of course, that there are toys in the clinic, children are shown cartoons, but this is not a decisive factor when contacting the clinic.
We came to the clinic on the recommendation, but we were very disappointed! Perhaps we were just "lucky" and the stars "turned out that way," but I can't recommend the clinic. I think that someone had a positive experience of visiting the clinic - I am very happy for them. I do not write names and surnames, because these people themselves know who they are talking about.

Приезжали в эту стоматологию с дочей. Ребенку 6 лет. Боялась жутко. Но благодаря классному подходу специалистов к ребенку она почти не плакала, а по выходу ещё и хвасталась наклеечками и бусинками полученными за храбрость. Ребенку понравилось настолько что сама пошла прощаться со стоматологом и пообещала что если у нее и будут болеть зубки и надо будет их лечить, то она только сюда и приедет. Выдернули аккуратно, инструмент как и само помещение чистые, есть жёсткие правила "1 ребенок 1 родитель" что правильно. При входе обязательно одеваются бахилы, что тоже является плюсом. В общем отличное заведение. Рекомендую

Очень благодарна врачам. Ребенок пришел на прием в слезах, очень боялся. Сразу нашли подход и успокоили. Мне,родителю, очень подробно и понятно объяснили, как обстоят дела у ребенка с зубами, за чем надо следить и что предпринять в будущем. Супер!!

Хорошая клиника, нравится стоматолог Инара. Перед каждым креслом экран с мультиками, подход к ребёнку 👌 после процедур, девочкам по желанию красят детский лак, тени, наклейки... Мальчикам мелковые машинки. Моя дочь ходит не боясь.

Невозможно дозвониться до детского отделения. Сначала автоответчик говорит, как важно повышать сервис и все разговоры записываются, потом через 30 секунд звонок просто сбрасывается. Звонил три раза

В смальто привожу обоих детей уже 2 года. Прекрасные врачи. Лечат быстро и качественно. Дети с радостью бегут как на лечение, так и на плановый осмотр. Видно, когда относятся к своей работе с душой. Работа с детьми- это призвание.

Ходим к доктору Ольге, ходит с радостью, уютно, при входе игрушки, ребёнок сразу обращает внимание. Переживали по поводу укола, но даже не заметили что нам его сделали. Всегда подарки дарят, грамоты вручают. Быстро, качественно и ребёнок спокоен)

Все хорошо. Ребёнок правда не поддаётся уговором что больно не будет, но все же в кресло садимся вместе и лечим зубки. К лечению претензии нет.
