Nice hotel! The location is great, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby where you can have lunch and dinner.
Our room was on the 2nd floor. The room is large, spacious, bright, and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner works well. For an additional fee.There is a mini bar in the room for a fee.
There is a small free parking at the hotel.
The only disadvantage of the hotel is the breakfasts. There is no buffet here, and breakfast must be chosen from the menu. And it turned out that we came for breakfast, and in front of us were a couple of hungry tourists who ordered everything on the menu, and we had to sit and wait until they were served (40 minutes), although we only needed an omelette and tea, which can be prepared in 5 minutes. As a result, we lost a lot of time due to the fact that someone eats a lot.

The hotel is in the city center, on a walking street, there is a private parking, but not much, we found a place. The room is clean and cozy, a good, comfortable mattress. There is everything you need.
Of the minuses, I can note:
- breakfast was paid for, but it starts at 8, we left earlier, there is no option to pack at the hotel, is it strange, even a couple of sandwiches can't be made? An apple, a banana?
- the window in the attic was broken, there is a sign notifying about it, but it seems that the window should just be taken and repaired, the sun is shining, it is stuffy, if you turn on the air conditioner, it is cold, it blows directly on the bed
- the window looked out onto a quiet pedestrian street, but in the evening there is a disco playing until 23.00 in an institution nearby
Otherwise, everything is fine and Vitebsk too!

The disadvantage is that when I ordered a hotel, I did not see that the room was attic. It was uncomfortable and ugly, banging their heads against the ceiling. The staff is taciturn. Settled and forgotten. There are 2 small bottles of drinking water in the room and no one else offered and there is nowhere to take it, you need to look for a store. I didn't notice the room cleaning either. But there is parking, which is a big plus.

Within walking distance of the botanical garden, Victory Park, Euroopt hypermarket, cathedrals and a pedestrian street are located very close (exit to it directly from the hotel). The attic room for three adults cost 580 bel.rub(16500 rub. RF) for two days, it has a TV, a refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, the room area is about 22m2. Breakfast is ordered from a set of dishes on the menu, included in the room rate.

There is only a wish for breakfast ... you do not need to give guests toast bread, it is very terrible, and also change the recipe for Viennese waffles, they just do not work, even the children did not like it! And the waiters should at least put on the slightest smile, otherwise it's even a shame that we came! But this is a purely unanimous opinion of our modest company (8 adults from 40 to 65 years old and 4 children from 8 to 16 years old)! At the same time, we would have returned to the hotel itself! 👌🏻

Very, just a very nice hotel!
Excellent location — both quiet and the sights of Vitebsk are nearby; convenient Parking is not large, but there is always free space; the interior is new, clean, plumbing is in order.
We had an attic floor, the room was large, but the windows in our room were located so that they were practically invisible, it began to strain on the third day.
With breakfast, it seems to me, they "overdid it" — three breakfast options, but none of them have fresh vegetables, cheese, and for some reason it was especially frustrating that the third drink (tea / coffee/juice) paid.
And an individual disadvantage to those who do not have very healthy legs — there is no elevator, they had to climb a fairly steep staircase.
They knew, they would have taken a lower floor)))
Everything else is beyond praise — sensitive staff, cozy atmosphere, a beautiful old building on a quiet street! Very emotional!

We stayed at this hotel with my husband in September. The impression remained ambiguous. The price tag, in my opinion, is a little too high. They expected more for that kind of money. A very poor breakfast, which was cooked for a long time. Of the advantages, I can mention the location! The hotel is located in the city center, within walking distance of various institutions, shops, museums and the Dvina embankment. I would also like to mention Olga, a very pleasant receptionist, who helped my husband and me navigate the city and politely answered all our numerous questions. Having your own parking at the hotel is also very helpful.

In the evening, in the next room, someone practiced arpeggios on the bass guitar for half an hour. Then a woman came to this someone. Then she began to sing to the accompaniment of the mentioned bass. Then the music stopped and the glasses rang. I won't tell you how it ended, because I fell asleep.

Неплохой современно оформленный отельчик в центре Витебска. Есть огороженная парковка мест на 5, но этого достаточно. Номера чистые и просторные. Мы заказывали какой-то вип, тк поездка была спонтанной и др вариантов подешевле уже не было. Но по приезду нам предложили два мансардных номера на выбор. И они ничуть не хуже! Воздуха и света больше. Ну и подешевле рублей на 90 белорусских. )))
Ресторан, конечно, больше похож на аккуратную столовую, но завтрак был честный на 4+ (каша, блины, нарезка, фрукты, чай/кофе, сырники).
Остались всем довольны.
Особенно тем, что идти от центра до отеля уставшим вечером недалеко. 5-10 минут и ты дома.

Из плюсов: расположение на центральной прогулочной улице города. Номера достаточно просторные, есть все необходимое. Охраняемый паркинг. Завтраки сытные, выбор по меню.
Из минусов: в здании нет лифта, пришлось тащить все вещи на третий мансардный этаж. Очень крутые и опасные лестницы в здании. В нашем номере был сломан регулятор шторы, поэтому с раннего утра в окно светило яркое солнце. В номере у друзей не была убрана раскладушка, пришлось вытаскивать самим, и сломаны дверцы душа.

Приехали с мужем отмечать очередную годовщину свадьбы. Отель выбирали по рейтингу и отзывам. Место очень хорошее. В номерах чисто, всё необходимое есть. 3 варианта завтрака на выбор, не шведский стол, но достаточно сытно. Место расположения идеальное. Выходишь на пешеходную улицу и все достопримечательности рядом. Мы поставили машину на парковку у отеля и все дни гуляли пешком. Отель однозначно рекомендую. Мы остались довольны. Персонал доброжелательный.

Славный город Витебск! Центр, пешеходная улица и отель. Это всё о нём!) Место расположения отличное, рядом есть что посмотреть и что посетить. В чём то отель выигрывает от соседей-конкурентов. Чуть лучше отделка номера, но она не очень компенсируется подьемлм на 4 этаж, под крышу, где все средние по цене номера, люксы ниже. Первый завтрак, входит в стоимость проживания, мы посетили. А от второго завтрака отказались и не пожалели. Администрации здесь есть над чем поработать ! Цена номера и здесь я бы поспорил - дороговато и конкурентам, вашим соседям, проигрыш. Оно не стоит тех хотелок! Написал, как и обещал!

Останавливались на одну ночь, брали два номера ( люкс и улучшенный). Прекрасное расположение. Чисто, комфортно, красиво. Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный. Одна звезда минус за завтрак. Заказывали все три варианта, и не понравился ни один. Ни к одному вариант завтрака не подали вафли по причине сломанной вафельницы, но и замены не предложили. В целом, кроме завтрака, всем очень довольны.

There was no water in the room. From the word at all. However, after my dissatisfaction, the receptionist brought a package of bottled water (to drink, wash, wash and for toilet needs)
, the water was given two hours later. Cold. There was no hot one. They asked to wash in another room or were ready to consider suggestions on this topic from the administrator - there were no offers, they refused to wash in another room. There were a lot of rooms available.
The air conditioner did not work in the room, it was very stuffy.
I warned that with such a service we would leave earlier and I would like to receive a paid breakfast at least with dry rations - it was refused. It took a long time to persuade, convince, swear. Only after that the issue was resolved.
The sound insulation in the room is poor.
The administrator was not going to adjust the room rate taking into account all the disadvantages. And the cost of the room is the same as in the main hotel in Minsk with all the amenities and the same distance from the central facilities
of the "advantages" - close to the center.
The photo is an extra bed. If you pay attention, it is laid out on the floor!!!
