On the downside: it's sometimes difficult to find a parking space, and the sound insulation could be better. In general, the Smart House justifies its name — it is a modern and comfortable option for living, especially for young families and those who appreciate convenience and practicality.

Excellent residential complex, well-maintained yard, excellent landscaping. There are bicycle parking lots (2) in the courtyard, the courtyard is closed. The location is next to the Botanical Garden. The number of floors is small. There are two blocks of 75 apartments each. The AXIS works for the top five!
