Initially, I felt like I came as a primitive person in sales, I didn't know any techniques. But after the course, I leave just as a person who has learned the world of sales. The most valuable thing in the course, I think, is IDENTIFYING the NEED, it is on this block that the client is ready to buy. The conversion rate in calls has decreased, but the conversation time has increased in x3 and customers are more open and warmer to the conversation due to the correct identification of needs. I came to this course with the main request, this is a robot with objections and closing deals, from the first classes the course has already paid off for me, after I realized my growth zone. One of the points was perseverance when working with clients. There was a lot of practical work that helped to remove barriers and increase confidence in yourself and your products. I am very glad to interact with so many different guys who highlighted important points. Most of all, I was fired up by the topic of working on the client's point of view. Working out the main points that clients say, I immediately saw a 100% growth zone that would give me +60% in profit. I will certainly continue to apply and record the results.
