The most important thing that I like is a large assortment of goods, a user-friendly interface, almost always delivery on the day of the order, prices are lower than other companies, and the quality is high,
for our company this is above all, the managers are sociable and pleasant.
Of the disadvantages, I can say the following: it happens that there is no product selected on the site (I am glad that they always select replacements, sometimes even in our favor, since they offer a cheaper analogue), day-to-day delivery is not always such, since sometimes the driver brought it the next day, but they always warned that it does not work and they brought it the next day in the morning (the good thing is that it's still faster than the rest, the previous supplier generally delivered 3 days)
In general, SmartOffice did well, I just wish that you would still eliminate your minor flaws and always remain the best suppliers.
