Of the disadvantages, I can say the following: it happens that there is no product selected on the site (I am glad that they always select replacements, sometimes even in our favor, since they offer a cheaper analogue), day-to-day delivery is not always such, since sometimes the driver brought it the next day, but they always warned that it does not work and they brought it the next day in the morning (the good thing is that it's still faster than the rest, the previous supplier generally delivered 3 days) In general, SmartOffice did well, I just wish that you would still eliminate your minor flaws and always remain the best suppliers.
