Very cool guys! The only drawback is the absence of their point somewhere in the city center. Always extremely polite and friendly. The coffee card itself is just huge and for every taste, and it's not just about coffee, there are teas and soft drinks and all sorts of sweet snacks, promotions like free coffee and the like. Comfortable and positive cups, as well as the styling of the point itself. It is clear that the guys love their business very much, are supported by regular customers and have been pleasing for many years against the background of constantly opening / closing coffee outlets.
Of all the drinks, the author's "devil's coffee" is the most impressive. I haven't seen it anywhere else. In the cold and rainy period, this is a real spicy and burning bomb thanks to a mix of high-quality spices, citrus, ginger. As someone said at the bar, "the cure for all diseases." The drink also has a light, cheerful effect on guys, which the baristas themselves may not know about because it contains two types of red pepper (natural and ground) 😂😂😂

I love this coffee shop, a huge range of drinks, the coffee is delicious, the baristas are friendly and sociable, they will always prompt you with a choice. I have been drinking coffee in Smile coffee shops for more than 5 years. And I always buy myself at home by weight! I can't imagine my morning and even evening without it) Minus - there are few coffee shops in Minsk.

Why is the work schedule specified until 23:00 and in fact it is already closed by 22:00? If the mode of operation has changed, well, be so kind as to indicate it. Baristas are also far from the most accommodating, they are not interested in selling drinks. Every time I asked the composition of a cocktail, I got the impression that a little more and their eyes would roll over the orbit.

Good evening. We visited you 2 times, the first time we came and everything was great, the barista girl explained everything, advised, told about the promotions. They came today (29.10.23), not only did they not say "hello" to us, but the girl was sitting in her phone and did not react to us in any way. We tried to attract attention somehow, we were interested in the "pumpkin spicy latte" all we learned from the "barista" is that it tastes like pumpkin and is slightly spicy (the sales girl answered us with some hatred. We were coming to you with a company from the other end of Minsk, but in the end it was as if they were sent. I hope nothing happened to her, I don't see any other explanation for her "work".
