OCTOBER 2025 (spent 2 weeks) Smile 3* Hotel (Nha Trang) is an abandoned fake hotel. The photo is from 2018, but the reality is terrible. Evaluation: 2 out of 5 (and that's just a huge stretch!) This review is not a complaint, but a warning to everyone who, like us, believed the beautiful photos. The Smile Hotel is a blatant hoax. Key information: The hotel was built in 2018. Those perfect sterile photos that you see on the website were most likely taken at the same time, six years ago! Since then, the hotel has not seen any repairs or proper maintenance. It's slowly falling apart, but it continues to sell old photos. After settling in, we were in for a cultural shock: 1. Number: Ruined vacation at first sight. · Condition: We were moved to the 4th floor in a "room", which, apparently, has not been cleaned since it was built. There is a huge smiley face spot on the ceiling (very "ironic"). The walls at the head of the bed were stained with grease, stains, and finger marks. It looked disgusting and unsanitary. · Dirt: The "Welcome" guest book was covered in dust and splashes, the curtains were stained with old stains of unknown origin. · Furniture and plumbing: The toilet lid is broken and crawled around the toilet. In the bathroom, there is mold at the sink and a nasty plaque in the shower itself. · Technique: The kettle did not turn off automatically, it had to be unplugged from the socket, which is simply dangerous. Mini-bar: No chips and noodles, as in the pictures. A trap awaits you: two LARGE bottles of water FOR an ADDITIONAL FEE, which is written in small detail on a piece of paper!! (Which of course is not profitable, it is easier to buy 5 liters of water in any store) Only 2 bags of green tea, 2 3-in-1 coffees and 2 small bottles of water are provided for FREE. 2. Public areas: total savings on everything. · Rooftop pool: The photo shows flowers and clean towels. In reality, there are 3 old sun beds and torn towels, brown from time to time. Breakfast: In the photos you can see a buffet with abundance: mountains of fresh cuts, desserts, sausages, lots of fruits. Photos with abundance are a lie. In reality, there is little choice: several hot dishes (sausages/meat balls), local soup and 2 plates of fruit (an eternal watermelon and one changing one). For example, there is NO milk, although many people have asked about it. But the most amazing thing happened on our last day, when we were about to leave. We came to breakfast and were stunned: among the usual scarcity, there was a single, lonely plate with a slice of some kind of ham. I couldn't help but take a picture of this "holiday"! It looked so ridiculous and comical that it became the perfect ending to our "vacation" at the Smile Hotel. This small event perfectly characterizes the whole approach of the hotel: to show the guests at least something of the promised minimum. 3. Staff and service: a complete mess. · When we showed a photo of the horror in the room and asked to be moved, we were told that we had booked a "room below the category" (which does not justify the dirt and without repairing the room, we could just as well fly to India!) and there are no available rooms. · Language barrier: Out of the entire staff, two people understood English. All communication is done through a translator. This led to the embarrassment of renting a bike. Please note to tourists: if you rent a bike, be prepared that you will be required to leave it with the STEERING WHEEL UNLOCKED (so that it can be moved). The staff was able to explain so that they could bring bikes to the parking lot at night. · THE INTERNET: He wasn't working. At all. Complaints were answered with excuses. The result and the pitiful "advantages": We got used to our room only because of the large window in the room, which was not in the other rooms that we were offered for relocation. What can be attributed to the advantages (conditionally): 1. Close to the sea. 2. Cleaned once a day. 3. The breakfast was edible. (And when we bought the avocado, everything became much tastier, they just took it with them and asked us to cut it) Verdict: The stated 3 stars are a mockery. I have a solid TWO-star rating for this hotel, and that's a huge stretch. The hotel lives off its convenient location and six-year-old photos. Until the management invests millions in major repairs and staff training, you can not go here. Save your nerves and money, this "Smile" will not make you happy.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2025. The hotel is located on the second line, 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is always a terrible smell of sewage or garbage near the hotel, it is very unpleasant, there are always disgusting smells at the reception! Breakfast is modest, if you arrive 30-40 minutes before it ends, then there will be almost empty plates. Cleaning was done every day, the bed linen was very slippery, sometimes new linen had black hair (my hair is light brown). Once I left a stain from sunscreen on the sheets, most likely, because the people at the reception wrote a whole petition that I had ruined the sheet and it was impossible to wash it! I had to pay 200,000 Vietnamese dong! There is nowhere to dry the laundry in the room, there is no iron, the mirrors in the hotels were not wiped at all, as there was a stain and remained,! There is no desire to return to this "hotel" anymore!!! Because I was completely disappointed

05/19/2025 at the moment we are still in this hotel at the reception, waiting for them to pick us up. Everything in the hotel was not bad, starting from breakfast, room cleaning (cleaned every day), courtesy of the staff. We had a family vacation here: my daughter lived in the same room with my grandmother, my wife and I in another room. What we didn't like: 1. We had one room with a loggia, and we were given two rooms without a loggia, but both rooms had a sea view. 2. The grandmother and daughter drank water, left the money for the water in the room, and demanded money for the water before leaving (the maids did not admit that the money was left). 3. They read the reviews of other vacationers, theft by employees is not uncommon here: they steal money and valuables. Conclusion: I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Terrible hotel, cleaning is not done at all for 2 weeks of rest, the towels were changed once, the bedclothes were torn, the towel was also tattered. The breakfasts are very bad, the tomatoes are rotten, there is nothing else but eggs and rice. Sometimes they give fish meatballs or chicken pieces, or rather, only bones from it, and in very small doses, even one meager piece is not enough for all vacationers. There is no milk, cereal, cereal, or anything like that for breakfast. The cupcake is only one kind of white. The fruit is a stale watermelon and that's it. There are ants in all the rooms. They give us beach towels, but it turned out that we took beach towels and it started to rain, of course, we immediately returned them to the reception, an hour and a half later, when the rain stopped and the weather turned wild, we were not given towels for the second time, so keep in mind that they are given once a day.

Bold three stars. Disadvantages: dead rooms, walls, I don't even know what they were doing, they probably walked with their feet; a practically non-cooling refrigerator - we were assured that it should work that way, a poorly functioning air conditioner. One of the advantages is daily cleaning with a change of linen.

We came to relax with a guy, we chose a regular room on the 7th floor. The staff at the reception is friendly, attentive, the location is good, everything you need is nearby. But a very unpleasant situation happened to me. We checked in in the evening, went for a walk in the morning. (by the way, they left all the valuables in the room) and it looks like the room was being cleaned at that time. Back at the reception, we were told that my wallet was found in the trash (?!) during cleaning and the cleaner took a picture of it. (They send these photos to a group for all employees). When I got up, I didn't even realize where the trash can was at first. It turned out to be under the table. When I checked it in front of the staff, I didn't find $100 there!! But thousands of Russians remained in place. When I told the staff about this, they spread their hands, referring to the fact that all valuables need to be stored in a safe and they are not responsible for any losses outside the safe. There are no cameras in the room, and no one can prove that I had dollars in my wallet - the conclusion is that you are to blame for leaving YOUR things in the room are not locked. The whole vacation is ruined, there is no desire to stay in this hotel, but the ticket has already been paid for. On the downside, the breakfasts are terrible, if you don't get up within the first 30 minutes of serving breakfast, there won't be any normal food (by the way, the guy ate their rice and spent half a day in the toilet). We have a small stain on the sheets - I hope at least they won't charge us for this, although knowing the level of that hotel, I think we will also face this problem. P.S. It's a shame that we spent money and time on this hotel, and even more so the money was stolen by the cleaners who continue to work here with impunity!

We lived here from 7 to 15.11 . Nice hotel. We arrived at 5 a.m. We checked in before 12.00 for a small fee. 200 VND. We left at 19.00 to pay an additional 300 . Everything is fine

The rooms are very, very small, although they chose deluxe. The conder blows directly on the bed, they caught a cold right away. There is nowhere to dry the laundry. Slippery mattresses, bed linen does not hold, huge pillows made of synthetic materials are not very comfortable. The hololiner does not work without a card, it leaks. There is no cleaning. I cleaned their black hair all over the room myself. Roosters crow in the morning. The safe could not be opened 2 times, they spat, in okontsovo, on the penultimate day, they stole a 5000t bill.r Russian money from a lady's purse. The hotel is undergoing renovation, one elevator is sheathed in smelly lenoleum, it is not possible to breathe in the elevator. There is just a garbage dump and a construction site in front of the hotel. We came to breakfast half an hour before the end, he spread his hands, there was nothing to eat. A weak three, you can live, but... is it worth spoiling your nerves?

A good three-star hotel, the rooms are spacious enough for Asia. If you choose a room higher than the 12th-14th floor, you will have a magnificent view of the sea. On the 16th floor there is a swimming pool with a relaxation area. Breakfasts are focused more on the Chinese, everything is sweet, and sausage too, but we always found something to eat, there is also fruit for every breakfast. The central beach is a 5-minute walk away. Excellent location.

We faced disgusting service, canteen work and room cleaning, and also begging 100,000dong for allegedly a dirty sheet! We had a rest from June 9 to 22, 19. We had a double Deluxe room with a sea view on the 14th floor. The room has one large bed very comfortable, in the room there is a conditioner, a small table, a chair, an armchair, a refrigerator, a safe, a kettle. Coffee and tea were served daily and toiletries were also provided daily, and these are gel, shampoo, brush, paste, comb, cap for 2 people, towel large and small, changed daily, cleaning was also carried out daily.With the staff, although we do not speak English, we understood each other well, the translator will help you, the staff is very friendly and responsive. We only had breakfast included, and even if we came to it late, we did not stay hungry, we could taste pancakes and fried or boiled eggs, porridge from Russian food, the food was always reported! As for the location of the hotel, it is located in the center of Nha Trang on the 2nd line, 5 minutes from the beach, cafes, shops and the like, as well as currency exchange within walking distance, in general, the hotel has a 3* status, but it is very attractive for all 4*. We would be happy to recommend the Smile Hotel to you!!!

A terrible hotel, the room does not match the advertised description, neither the guide nor the receptionist solve the problem, there are no pastes and brushes at all, they asked at least to pour soap to wash their hands, there is nothing to talk about about chases and tea coffee, there is nothing, be careful choosing this hotel, 20 minutes to the sea walking

Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. The rooms are clean. The room has a bed (1 or 2), safe, hairdryer, kettle, table, wardrobe and bedside table, bathroom with toilet, shower, mirror and sink. Daily room cleaning, replenished shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes, pastes, razor, comb, cotton swabs, shower cap, as well as tea-coffee-sugar. Comfortable beds, clean linen. Change of towels - daily, beach towels are given out for free 1 time, then, if you want a change, you need to pay 10,000 dong, which did not bother: someone changed, someone tanned for 1 towel. The sea is a five-minute walk away. Decent plentiful breakfast buffet, five to six types of fruits to choose from. I'll be back here again!

A good hotel for a couple on a budget line. Clean, small. With a good location. Only there is a construction site in front of it, if it is a multi-storey hotel, then the Smile will no longer have a sea view. The staff does not speak Russian, but they quickly catch what is needed. The breakfasts are delicious. We cleaned every day, washed clean, there was no sand on the floor. Cons: no balconies. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, so smokers should take the upper floors closer to the pool.

The hotel is located very conveniently, almost in the center of everything, you want to go to the sea, five minutes maximum, you want to go to the market similarly, shops, cafes, massage, everything is nearby, within walking distance! The staff is friendly, but personally I did not have enough balcony, the room was small, we had two, well, there was very little space, there was only one chair in the room. We were not settled before the due time, this is also a minus, we were at the beginning of the season, I don't think that the rooms were sold out! The food is normal, you won't stay hungry, it's still not a five!

The hotel is new. They clean every day, but for show, the sand on the floor crunched underfoot, no one noticed a stain on the sink in the shower for four days (the room was for two, but one shampoo and one gel were put in the shower ((The staff does not understand a word in Russian or English ((( beach towels were sold!(Although they are given out for free everywhere!!!! Of the advantages, the year of construction is 2018 and the location in the center.

Excellent price /quality ratio, friendly staff, three minutes walk to the sea slowly. Excellent varied breakfasts, which only rare snobs will be dissatisfied with. If you come to sit in the room, then the room will be too small. But at the same time, he is provided with everything necessary: a safe, air conditioning, a coffee table, a shower with bathroom accessories that are changed every other day. There is a small pool on the roof, but due to the proximity of the sea, it is more of a decorative element than a functional one.
