Not very smart, boorish administrators who confuse time (they voice one thing and write it down for another), orthodontist Anna Romanovna is generally a separate topic for conversation. Stubbornly, for every month she cannot take it at the appointed time, then for health reasons, then for family reasons, the reception is constantly postponed for a month, as if it were the client's fault. I strongly advise against starting orthodontic treatment there!!!!

The attitude is not very good at all. Waiting is half the trouble. The doctor did not pay any attention at all, he talked endlessly, discussing someone with the med.my sister and laughed together. They drilled the tooth, put arsenic and a temporary seal. The seal fell out an hour later. All recommendations were followed. It seems to me that there was no filling material at all, it just did not freeze, which was not clear there. Some kind of paste. There was no desire to go back, the next visit was scheduled in 2 weeks for complete nerve death and further work with the tooth. I went to another place 4 days later. But the day before the proposed visit, I received a call and showed concern about my future visit, which was no longer needed.

I visited 6 or 7 times, almost always had to wait for an appointment after the appointed time. I don't think this is a big problem, let someone be provided with a high-quality service, rather than under-done, but quickly. But when I was delayed 1 time in the end, the technical staff began to tell me off, which is somewhat controversial. I am satisfied with the dentist himself, explained everything he was doing, answered questions, consulted on the situation, worked quickly, clearly, and accurately.

The orthodontist is good, explains everything, does it well, but... During the year of visits, WE NEVER GOT TO THE DOCTOR ON TIME! It's just terrible! The waiting time is from half an hour in a tiny reception area, in close contact with the same "lucky ones".

Hello! I want to write a review about the Smile Line on the Boss. When I came to this clinic half a year ago, everything was fine. Dentist Bespalova Natalia Vitalievna gave me a good tooth. In principle, everything was fine. But when I came the second time, I was just shocked. First of all, she gave me the wrong tooth. After anesthesia, everything went numb and only in her mask, seeing the reflection of what the wrong tooth was doing was just a shock! after she finished and asked why you made the wrong tooth for me , she said that she had asked for one and did it .Shock!!!! And if you need another one, I can do it later . The fact is that the tooth that needed it was really bothered and hurt . and the one that she did , he didn 't bother . Moreover, she began to breed for money, saying that it was necessary to put a crown there, but it was not cheap, and I understand that. Half a year ago , it was a completely different person . I don't understand what has changed? !!!! If you don't want to work there or you don't see people, why did you choose such a profession?!!!!! The service was not neat, the whole procedure was beaten with tools on other teeth and never apologized ! It felt like it would damage healthy teeth ! I will never go there again. Why should a person who is willing to pay twice as much as in conventional dentistry have to put up with this??????
