Three weeks later, I came to them, because my ear and neck started to hurt, and the ENT said it was from a tooth. They said that the ear hurts from another tooth, with huge caries. I asked why they didn't tell me about it when they took the 3D picture, because this "huge tooth decay" is visible in the picture. And instead of answering, the doctor began to yell at me, including obscenities! I went to the chief physician, who did not apologize, but when asked why I was not told about caries based on the results of the scan, he replied: "Well, you don't live here." (!!!) The result: the tooth continues to hurt a month after their treatment. There were no apologies for the doctor's boorish behavior.
