Good afternoon! We tried to use the services of this company. We wanted to move the sofa from Almaty to Tashkent. As a result, we made a 50% prepayment. The cargo was not picked up from us on the promised date, and the delivery was not carried out. They don't get in touch: the phone doesn't answer, messages in WhatsApp are ignored. We went to their office at the address indicated on the website (it is also reflected in the Innovator). There is no office there. It is unknown where they are located. Please refund our prepayment.

I do not recommend this company. Firstly, we waited for things for a month. Secondly, we had to pick it up ourselves from the warehouse, although we paid for it to the door, with a loader. Thirdly, they received a Whale from the company, and 3 cubes were indicated in the invoice, and Aziz said 6 cubes, according to which they paid twice as much because they were just intermediaries! They don't have an office, because they were looking for them, because they didn't get in touch for a while while they were waiting for things, they thought we wouldn't wait, we had to contact the police, only after that we got in touch.
