This is not an observation deck. It's just a trampled point on the shore of the reservoir. It is not equipped in any way. There are attempts at improvement. These attempts have worsened the condition of everything around us many times. There is clearly no organization and no sensible plan. I think it's only going to get worse. So far, all the changes are related to the leasing of land for capsule hotels. As an examination room, no one arranges it in any way.
