The view is magnificent.
Food is good too.
Given the location the prices are well above the average.
Service is alright.
The music is too loud and they are not allowed to play local uzbek music.
In addition two tables are squeezed under one shade and at daytime you wont have privacy to have a conversation.

We were in the middle of March 2025.
The beauty is indescribable. The weather and views are wonderful!! There's nothing to add here, you have to watch. There are several cafes upstairs, one has an observation trail with a transparent fence, a great place to relax surrounded by mountains!!! The prices, of course, are appropriate, the kettle is 120,000 som. The lifts themselves are excellent, the ascent is in two stages, there is also an exit to the top for the skiers who descended. You definitely need to go while in Tashkent. 👍
