The SMS service is top-notch, the girls delicately offer their help, bring drinks. An experienced tailor also works here, who will shorten or adjust the newly purchased item for free, if desired. Although, things are sewn according to very good patterns and, as a rule, they always "fit" perfectly. The discount system for regular customers also works. After the recent renovation and renovation, the store has become even more attractive.

I was planning to purchase a famous brand bag in an SMS. There were two bags of this model available in the store. And both ended up with a factory defect !!! The product is not from the cheap segment and you are waiting for a high-quality item and the pleasure of buying. The lacquered bags had a very conspicuous mark, a scratch, and even traces of marker or paint. The defective product is sold as new, which clearly does not meet the stated specifications. Where do the employees look when they accept such a product, is it unclear?! There were even doubts about the originality of these items. Because this brand has always been known for its perfect quality. This is not my first bag of this brand, and there were no defects in any of them! I rarely write reviews, but I just can't get past it here!!! Because I respect this brand very much and am outraged that someone spoils its reputation by selling defective goods! And I believe that it is not the buyers who should identify the defect, but the seller who should inform about the presence of defects in the product. I advise you to be careful and not let unscrupulous sellers and suppliers deceive you. Low-quality goods or services cannot even be offered for sale in a store of this level! And providing false or incomplete information is already a violation of consumer rights!

I leave feedback on the work of the staff, as the assortment can be different and generally not bad. My family are regular customers of this store and the FH group of stores. There is a card with the maximum discount level and a decent amount in the purchase history. The men's department staff are generally excellent. But the women's department is getting worse and worse every year. Moreover, new areas are opening up in the store, and employees cannot withstand the level dictated by new brands and prices. The girls (mostly they work) just ignore your presence in the store! I walk through the entire store with things to try on in my hands, looking at the hangers and racks, and only at the very end of the store a girl came up to me asking if someone was helping me or not. In the subsequent visit and examination of things in the max mara store and further in the department with shoes and bags, no one thought of coming up at all! At max mara, two female employees preferred to talk to each other without even saying hello. Although we wanted to try on a few things with the possibility of further purchase. Please, if the management suddenly reads the reviews, work with your employees. This is not Zara, where you don't expect service. But, at a minimum, store consultants of this level should greet and maintain eye contact with the customer.

It's a very strange store. On the one hand, there is a choice. On the other hand, some brands, even at their sale, have more expensive prices than in the shopping mall at the exit. Their "new" collections have often already been washed out of the tsum for a couple of years. Consultants follow you around like they're tied down-they shove any analogs of what you're interested in into your hands. Until you tell them to go to hell. There's no help from them. Apparently they are waiting for the opportunity to "stick a sticker" with their number for their own commission. Step aside- they're being mercilessly blunted.

Recently, a very unpleasant situation happened, after which there was no desire to buy things in this store at all. Men's trousers of the C.P. Company brand were purchased, they cost about 1200 bel. rub. They weren't worn at all, just tried on. We took them on a trip and before leaving the room, the fabric burst in them (my friend squatted down to tie his shoelaces). They did not give any guarantee for the trousers, it is written from the examination that "he is a fool", the refund was refused. It turns out that the buyer is not protected in any way from defects and other defects when buying things in this store. I do not recommend it!
