We bought Escargot farm snails. We have something to compare it with, periodically we take the snail of the mocha manufacturer. The farm snail is much tastier, the meat is very tender. We took 4 flavors, Burgundy, tom yam, nutty and curry. We liked Tom yam the most. We are very glad that such delicacies have started to be produced in Belarus, thanks to the farmers.
