I've been renting winter jackets for several years now. I'll pick it up in a week. They are clean and smell good, nothing is spoiled. Previously, clothes were given away on good strong hangers, it was convenient that they could be hung immediately for storage. Now they have been replaced with simple ones and they deform under heavy clothes, so you need to hang them on your hanger.
