I handed over a carpet with a long pile, asked to make a delivery. When it was time to pick up the carpet, a representative of the dry cleaner called me and said that I would bring you the carpet, and you with the documents go out to the entrance and pick up the carpet yourself! Firstly, when the order was accepted, I was notified that the delivery was to the apartment. Secondly, they did not leave me any copy of the service agreement, referring to the fact that they only give checks. But, the condescending dry cleaner, after my arguments about the delivery, in this organization, only from Dean, a person delivers carpets from the dry cleaner, took pity and as he said, as an exception, I will bring it to you on the third floor.!!!! I repeat, as an exception!!! Unwrapping the carpet, sand fell off it. The cost of dry cleaning cost me 70 rubles. It's a little expensive, in my opinion, for such dry cleaning. There was sand all over the corridor. The deliverer saw this problem and just threw up his hands !!. I am attaching a photo .

Good service, good cleaning and a human price tag. They handed over a sheepskin coat from the USSR and a plaid. Everything was cleaned efficiently and quickly, and the plaid also smells nice. In general, 5 stars! By the way, at another dry cleaner's they didn't even take up our sheepskin coat.

we dry-cleaned a jacket with a sintepon. As a result, after washing, all the sintepon got into lumps, and the paint on the buttons was peeled off. It turns out that they wash their jackets in washing machines, only industrial ones. They do not warn about the specifics of washing, but everything is written in the contract. The result is a Frankenstein jacket. It is a pity for the money and time spent. I'll do the laundry like before - at home.

I gave my coat and down jacket to the cleaners. The coat was steamed disgustingly or not steamed at all. The package is short and does not cover the coat. They didn't even remove the fluff on the down jacket, the thing seemed to be lying in the down. I am very unhappy

After giving away the carpets for a couple of years, everything was super, the white carpet was gorgeous and the pile was lifted, I gave it the last time and the cap, the stains remained, the pile was not raised, the hair remained, I didn't say anything about the payment at all, I decided before paying, let them first show how they did their job, otherwise of course, pay first, and then the bribes are smooth from them. Very spoiled. My carpet was washed better at the sink than at the Snowflake.

I gave away 4 carpets, they were returned after 8 days, one carpet was stained with stains, more or less in the corridor and hallway, and in the children's room the carpet was all covered in sand and the pile was rammed, it seemed that they just rinsed and dried, paid 123 rubles. I gave away a blanket and a mattress pad, the blanket was ruined altogether. Firstly, it was yellow, it became milky, secondly, it was fluffy, thick, it became thin like a rag. And all in some brown smudges, which were not there at all! I read that the color can change, I didn't say anything about it, BUT!!!! How can customers give the whole thing in smudges and prove that these stains have not been cleaned???!!!! As a result, the receptionist took the blanket away (and the employee's behavior was terrible), said they were overdoing it. The mattress pad in the package seemed clean, I took it home, arrived, unwrapped it, but it was not washed at all!!! So they also tore it up! A NIGHTMARE! I'll figure it out, I won't leave it like that!

I ordered carpet cleaning.. they said to pick it up in two weeks....well, that's okay....they took it away, it was rolled up, and they didn't look at the result...they took the carpet to be redone, and what did I see???? It's all in the sand....What are you guys doing? What kind of cleaning is this? Really, the carpet is covered in sand....maybe you don't have enough normal equipment, since it can't cope?
