They ruined the jacket- they tore out the lock and planted white spots on the colored jacket. The dry cleaner did not admit guilt, they always talked rudely and translated everything into the fact that they were not to blame for anything, that it was my fault.
As a result, an expert examination was conducted, where the expert I. Khatskevich indicated that the jacket was accepted for cleaning with a torn lock, while recognizing that the cost of cleaning services needs to be reimbursed, which indicates poor-quality work of the Snowflake dry cleaner.
As a result, the management still did not admit guilt and did not change at all. They paid 80% of the jacket's wear in double the amount - these are pennies- a little more than 20 rubles.
I do not recommend it to others and will never use their services again.

The jacket was rendered unusable after dry cleaning: in appearance, spots of a different color appeared, the lock was broken, they did not apologize, they refused to pay for the damage. After the examination, the money was returned for the service, and 20 rubles were returned for the jacket, they kept the jacket for themselves. It is not particularly advisable to go to the courts, and there is no desire. I don't recommend it to anyone. They don't even reach one star. - Be ready to say goodbye to the thing. Read every word of the acceptance certificate from both sides, ask questions, adjust if possible in accordance with the law, if you are ready to take risks...

A week ago, I gave a white alpaca fur coat to the dry cleaner, there were heavy dirt on the collar from black hair dye.
