I disagree with the previous review. We stayed at the hotel from 25.12.24 to 03.01.25 The hotel is excellent and most importantly very responsive and kind staff! We arrived from Moscow on an Azur Air flight at night from Moscow. We were at the hotel at 5 a.m. and were very tired. They asked to check in and the room was immediately provided, the rooms are gorgeous, large, there is a living room area with tea and coffee facilities, and a full set in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the morning. There are scrambled eggs, omelets, fruits, pastries, toasts, and so on. Everything is fine! And the main advantage is that the hotel is located near the beach, a 10-minute walk through the picturesque, cozy, quiet surroundings. If you are too lazy to walk, the hotel provides a free auto-rickshaw transfer! Use it! There are cafes on the beach, everything is very tasty and very inexpensive. The sunbed is free for the whole day if you order drinks. The hotel has a great swimming pool and gym! Many thanks to the hotel staff for their kind attitude, and we left with souvenirs and gifts! We will definitely come back! Excellent location of the hotel in a quiet location, value for money! Thank you for a wonderful New Year!

Great hotel. Fully complies with its 4*. The territory, staff, service, everything is on the level. Spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the courtyard with a swimming pool. The spacious bathroom has a nice shower, there are all kinds of gels, shampoos, toothbrushes and pastes, soap, body lotions, a bunch of towels. The room has a wardrobe, a safe, a refrigerator, a kettle, a huge TV, and air conditioning. Tea and coffee, drinking water (all this is free and changes every day). Bed linen and towels are changed every day or on request. Beach towels are provided by the pool, although they cannot be taken outside the territory.Naturally, there is a mini bar in the room, but it is available for an additional fee. There is a spa, gym, billiards, table tennis. Everything is perfectly clean and everywhere there is a very pleasant smell in the air, like in a spa salon. The staff is very friendly and ready to help at any time. The only thing I didn't really like was the breakfasts. They are mainly aimed at the Indian public, although there are many foreign tourists staying at the hotel.

The hotel is not worth your money, the territory is super small (it's not even really there, you go out from the reception to the pool and you've gone through the entire territory) one small pool and it's dirty.We only took breakfasts and it's hard to eat them, except for omelets and so on, there is nothing, no slicing (cheese, meat), very few vegetables and a lot of spicy food.The rooms are good, but there are no accessories (toothbrushes, cotton swabs), only one shower cap and one soap (in a room for two people).Entertainment facilities include a gym (it's pretty good, there are a lot of exercise machines and it's spacious), billiards, and a table.tennis and books left by the guests.It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach.Better book beach houses (they look decent and are clearly cheaper)

A good hotel, by the standards of India. Not bad rooms, cozy territory. A large restaurant with a good breakfast. A large selection of food, fruits are present. One of the disadvantages is the pool, which has standing water. To the sea, you need to walk, not too far, but not close either.

Excellent new modern hotel that meets international standards! Spacious, clean rooms with pool views. Comfortable bed, large TV, pleasant interior. I was confused by the large window in the bathroom - if you turn on the light at night, the whole room is illuminated - I would like to add an opaque curtain. Daily cleaning service. Delicious breakfasts. A large list of services. The helpful and friendly staff is always ready to help. The hotel regularly hosts interesting themed events. It was interesting to participate in them. The hotel is conveniently located on the main street of Palolem. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach along the path from the hotel.

We are currently staying at the hotel! We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m., check-in from 2 p.m.! They offered to sit in the lobby and work for 7 hours . No one offered water or coffee, no one cares at all! You can't change money at the airport, you can't buy a SIM card either! All cafes are open from 9 am! We were lying on the sun beds, by the pool, and at 12 o'clock we were offered to pay an additional 12k to be checked into a room! There are not enough sun beds, no one can ask for a towel! They 're poisoning mosquitoes with some kind of horror , the smoke is all over the hotel!

Great hotel, so-so breakfasts...Monotonous. The staff does not understand or speak English well, but the translator on the phone helps out. There are many restaurants and cafes around where you can have a delicious meal. The main thing is to choose an institution with a lot of visitors.

Brand new hotel, opened in September 2019, the best on Palolem beach. A swimming pool, a gym with a friendly instructor ready to help. Towels are provided when relaxing by the pool. The breakfasts are quite good, buffet style: chicken, vegetable dishes, cereals, cereals, fresh juices and milkshakes. Watermelon, melon and papaya, cut into small pieces. The chefs also prepare scrambled eggs, omelets and pancakes on request. There is also a dinner, also good with live music and a live performer. For dinner, hot fish and chicken dishes, soups, salads, snacks, ice cream and desserts. The receptionists are always happy to help and fulfill requests very quickly, whether it's dishes or cutlery in the room or help with the safe. By the way, each room has a view of the pool from the balcony, a kettle with cups, spoons, coffee, tea and sugar. All this, as well as water, is free. In the bathroom there is shampoo and hair balm, gel and shower cap, liquid soap, towels. Everything is new and clean. Cleaning the room daily is quite good, although the floor, in my opinion, can be washed better. In general, I really liked the hotel, it takes 3 minutes to walk slowly to the beach according to the local flavor. The sea is calm, the waves are small and not always, as the beach is located in a lagoon. In general, the hotel is ideal for a relaxing and comfortable beach holiday.
