I understand that this is not a cafe, but rather a tavern, but a cappuccino made from a bag of cream and in a plastic washer is not even the level of a canteen. There are no questions for the waitress girls - polite, friendly, questions exclusively for the institution itself, stuck in the early 90s. But there are not much competitors, it could be a decent place in demand.
