I will say right away that the quality of the house is excellent, these are the first houses of the BI GROUP and they did everything conscientiously. The house is warm in winter, cool in summer. Only plastic windows wear out and need to be changed immediately. About the neighbors, I will say that there are a lot of tenants, and thus they do not take care of the common area on the floors. A residential area where you can live peacefully from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are many hospitals, schools, kindergartens nearby.

I have lived in this house for 6 years. The house is warm and the entrances and apartments are clean. The KSK is adequate, the house is being monitored. I don't live in it now, but the memories of the house are very positive.

A good LCD. A wonderful, responsible chairman of the AXIS. There are a couple of disadvantages: the access road is paved only on one side, many questions remain from the old KSK regarding the maintenance of communal communications. The latter is dealt with as questions come in.
