The after-sales service department will do everything possible to keep your product for more than a month (although they do not have the right by law) and in conclusion they will write that everything is working properly, despite the fact that it does not work.... Swear at the dead and you will be sent to the forest.... And yes... They can still scratch the product during inspection and say that you scratched it) and refuse warranty repairs. I do not recommend working with this company.

As a result, the blender flowed at home immediately after unpacking. The money was not immediately returned, they did not change it for a similar product, they offered to buy it from competitors if it was needed urgently (it was bought and handed over for the wife's birthday). Sent to the service. I added one star for a competent employee of the service, with whom you can communicate normally. The blender was taken for diagnostics for 2 weeks, after which they promised to refund the money.
