The money was not immediately returned, they did not change it for a similar product, they offered to buy it from competitors if it was needed urgently (it was bought and handed over for the wife's birthday). Sent to the service. I added one star for a competent employee of the service, with whom you can communicate normally. The blender was taken for diagnostics for 2 weeks, after which they promised to refund the money.
