UPD: At the moment, the conflict has been resolved, the company has apologized.
We ordered a fence at the cemetery. The order was placed at the end of March with the promise to manufacture and install it within two to three weeks. The order is made without a contract and other accompanying documents, the wishes were written down by hand in a notebook.
Neither two nor three weeks later, the service staff did not contact me, I had to call myself and clarify at what stage the order was. As a result, the fence was installed exactly 6 weeks later, at the last moment. But this is not all jambs: they brought the wrong fence that was originally ordered, with a different paint. In addition, the fence was packed without letting the paint dry well, because of this there were defects on the fence, a lot of scratches, peeling paint. When talking to the performers, in order to clarify the conflict, we were simply told "oh, well, we do not recommend hammer paint at all, the usual option is better, what was brought is even better than your option. We'll just recalculate the final cost." I agreed that they brought it only because I understood that I would suffer losses in the form of time and additional money for the installation / dismantling of the old fence again, as well as delivery.
The craftsmen who did the work also raise questions. They had nothing to fix the painting defects on the spot. The guys were very lucky that there were people nearby who painted the fence for their relatives and shared the paint. The older man was just doing his job, silently and without objection. He calmly explained the difference, did not comment much on anything, and thank him very much for that. The young guy was constantly joking, counting how much he could drink and skip for the amount I spent on the fence. No respect for other people's feelings, no tact.

I would like to share my good impressions about the work of designers and craftsmen of the Assistance service. It is important for me that the guys showed sensitivity and empathy for the emotional state of the family. During the discussion of the monument and the design of the burial place, the staff - Natalia and Alexandra - paid attention to the details, took into account all the wishes. Any questions that arose, even minor ones, were coordinated by phone and via Viber. The team also showed professionalism during the installation of the slab and the design of the entire burial site. The work was organized without our presence (it was a working day, and the cemetery was rural far outside the city). In the evening, Alexander sent a photo report, and we ourselves visited the cemetery only a day later. The result exceeded our expectations... Thanks!

Высокая квалификация специалиста Александры. Она объяснила все тонкости и нюансы боагоустройства захоронения. Мастера на кладбише в Поколюбичах (Владимир с бригадой) выполнили все качественно и быстро. Очень приятно сотрудничать и такой организацией. 'Содействие" полностью соответствует своему названию.

Пост о человечности. Не так давно в моей семье
случилось горе - умерла бабушка. Произошло это ночью. Я была дома одна с бабушкой и просто не знала и не понимала что делать. В интернете есть много объявлений ритуальных услуг, обзвонила 5 агенств, но ночью на звонок ответили лишь только специализированная служба Содействие. Не смотря на то, что я была в полной растерянности и в шоке, быстро нашли слова поддержки, сочувствия и помогли разобраться что делать дальше. Всё решилось буквально в течении часа! Ночью! Ко мне приехали специалисты, очень отзывчивые и компетентные ребята, ненавязчиво посоветовали как лучше поступить и сами организовали всю процедуру похорон. Зарабатываю не много, живя вдвоём с бабушкой, потому конечно же меня интересовала финансовая сторона вопроса. Глядя на то, как оперативно и грамотно работают эти ребята, думала, что придётся брать кредит, чтобы оплатить их услуги, но я была приятно удивлена. Пособия на погребение вполне хватило, ещё и осталось! Оплатила услуги по договору, к которому прилагалась спецификация с указанием всех услуг и расценок, уже после того, как получила пособие через несколько дней. Конечно не хочется сталкиваться больше в жизни с подобным горем (даже произносить не хочется), но уже не так страшно имея контактные данные специализированной службы Содействие. Спасибо, ребята, за то, что вы есть! Спасибо за вашу работу и заботу о чужом горе!

Обращались в эту организацию за помощью похоронить бабушку. Состояние у нас было ужасное и заниматься оформлением чего-то не было сил. Работники все объяснили и взяли полностью все хлопоты на себя. Нам даже не нужно было ехать куда-то выбирать гроб и венки, все прислали на телефон и проконсультировали удалённо. Прислали вежливых ребят и хороший катафалк, а не ржавую газель. Полностью все оформили сами и даже в церкови сами договорились. Спасибо большое, такой и должен быть сервис в этих ситуациях.
