In short , they came to the table that she ordered , other people were sitting , these people were transferred to another table , there were a lot of discussions , it took a long time to write , they spoiled the mood from the very beginning , they ate hot , she noticed that the dish was delicious , an hour passed , they were approached and told to clear the table because someone else I ordered, they came and waited, but they were outraged, we wanted to sit, chat and eventually eat dessert. How can you do this to a customer in an ugly way , how can you take several orders for one table . She was so indignant and asked for a complaint book , but they didn 't have it . Then she said that she would not come here anymore , she was disgraced in front of her friends and would leave her feedback on all social networks.

In the summer, we came with our family several times, everything was fine. Of course, there are disadvantages when cooking a dish. For example: the dry meat in the burger, there was a sour taste in the French salad, there was also some smell in the stuffing in the jacket, but it's all nothing because the new establishment, etc. polite smiling staff, cozy atmosphere and also an acceptable price covered it all.
Recently, guests from other cities arrived, I decided to sit here with them. I booked a table, asked if they had alcoholic beverages, said yes (it was impossible to bring it with them) so, the guests came, they all sat well, ordered salads, waited half an hour for the food to be brought... I told them in advance that when everyone comes to bring it on time... Then I decided to go down myself and ask what kind of alcohol there is where the waiter is where the dishes are in general. After they showed only two varieties of vodka, I was surprised, well, what's the price I ask 1 costs 1 280.000 soums 2 cost about 2.5 million😄 I always asked if there was another option, argued with the manager, even approached the main owner... in general, in the end they said if you want to buy it or leave. And my guests wanted to drink, left in front of the guests in an awkward position, the time was already 9 pm wherever I went, it would close at 11 am. In the end, they really upset me, once again I wasted time and then I took the guests to another restaurant, paid for everything I had ordered in vain... But we sat coolly (than paying cheaters about 1.5 million for one bottle) in another institution, where the atmosphere and level, service and food were much higher than the Sofa, + live music.. Just left in front of the guests in an awkward position (inappropriate behavior on the part of the institution). The guys are sated...

Название и внешний вид заведения не вызывает доворея. Но кухня и персонал тащят это заведение. Особенно хочу выделить управляющего этого заведения так, как от его руководства много что зависит. Официанты работают очень хорошо, не во всех заведениях можно встретить такой приветливый персонал. Официанты это продажники, и они выполняют свою работу на все 100%. Отдельно хочу пожать руку шеф повару, все очень вкусно. Дай бог, чтобы вы держали планку, и процветания вам.
