We got acquainted with Sofa Club furniture quite recently, and now we want to buy all the furniture only here. The level of the salon is premium, we can hardly say in Belarus that there is no such furniture anymore. Very beautiful models, you can find super soft comfortable sofa options. The level of communication with the client in the salon is something incredible. Starting with communication on Instagram (where they respond super quickly and offer different options for your request) and the attitude of the managers' girls. Everything is delivered on time, and they leave cleanliness behind, but the dachshund is just a delight! I will definitely come back for an armchair and a bed! I will definitely recommend the Sofa Club to everyone.

Buying a sofa and a bed at the Sofa Club turned out to be the most pleasant moment in the renovation process. Sofa Club not only makes comfortable furniture, but also creates comfortable conditions for choosing, paying and delivering furniture! Excellent consultants Ulyana and Irina helped me choose the models. For a better choice of upholstery, I was allowed to take fabric samples home. Upon payment, I was given delicious candies, which were appreciated by my whole family. The furniture was made exactly on the agreed date. Several times I had to postpone the delivery of furniture, they always met me halfway. During the delivery, the guys took off their shoes and took out all the trash. The furniture fits perfectly into the interior and, I hope, will delight me for many years. A special love is the dachshund mascot, which was given to me upon delivery.

The managers are friendly and helped us choose the right sofa. Everything was done on time: There were no problems with manufacturing or delivery. The furniture was brought in, collected, and even the trash was cleaned up. Our son is delighted with their dachshund mascot. The experience of interacting with SofaClub in the framework of the warranty case turned out to be significant. I applied for a defective chair — the situation is standard for any company working with furniture. Everything started out great: the manager handled the case correctly, calmly, and to the point. There was a feeling of normal, high-quality service. But as soon as the management got involved in the process, everything changed. Instead of solving the issue, they began: — pressure — attempts to shift responsibility onto the client — openly manipulative communication The dialogue quickly turned into a "prove that you are not to blame" format, which in itself already looks strange within the framework of a warranty appeal. As a result, the defect was fixed after all - the structural element was replaced. But the very process of interaction left an extremely unpleasant impression. Such a style of communication is unacceptable in principle. And for a company that positions itself in the premium segment, it is doubly unacceptable. Premium is not just about the product. It's about how a company behaves in problematic situations. How he communicates with the client. How to resolve controversial issues. And whether the customer is respected after the purchase, and not just before it. It is at such moments that it becomes clear where marketing ends and the real service begins.

During the only visit to the showroom, they gave the impression of a customer-oriented company with good furniture, but, unfortunately, they became the biggest disappointment of the entire interior renovation. We ordered a sofa and two beds in a house in the Moscow region according to individual sizes, all communication was conducted in a remote format. After signing the contract and making an advance payment, managers allow themselves not to call back or respond to messages in messengers, while reading them. You will be running around with endless requests, including financial ones for the remaining payment amount on the eve of shipment, when your driver is almost "standing at the gate" of their warehouse, as was the case with us. You will also receive no assembly instructions, no support during and after the delivery stages. The level of communication is very low, alas, even from the ROP, which tried to resolve the situation later (spoiler alert, it didn't work out). The manager promises one thing, then his supervisor calls back and says something else, not knowing about any initial arrangements. In general, at the final stage, the discommunication was constant, with the full feeling that they were not communicating with each other inside. If all of the above can be corrected and adjusted by competent management, then the quality of the products and the position "our production knows best" are unlikely. We were extremely disappointed with the performance of the sofa, which cost about $10,000. They hoped they had "changed" it to a trusted European manufacturer. The photos attached to the review show the sofa a month after installation. The seams are crooked, the seats are pressed in as if overweight people have been placed on them every day for the last 10 years, the corners and ends of the seats are all wrinkled that do not smooth out, the vaunted "vandal-proof" fabric is hooked, the suede of the base is all askew, as if the sofa has been for decades; you can go on indefinitely. Before signing the contract, we saw something similar on one of the sofa seats in the showroom (pictured), drawing the manager's attention to it, but we were assured that this was "how the lighting falls." Well, we've learned the hard way that it's not about him, but about the low quality of the materials used, primarily the filler. Oh, and the bed's production dates were delayed by 2 weeks. Of course, we found out only after we wrote to the manager on the eve of the planned shipment... It turned out that the fabric hadn't arrived yet. They settled for a symbolic discount, which was not as important as the delivery time of the bed for the guest bedroom. We have made an unambiguous conclusion for ourselves - SofaClub is an economy segment for overprice, the history of which is definitely over in our residential real estate.
