We toured a lot of salons in the city, and were in different stores by price category, but when we happened to come here, we were shocked and delighted at the same time!

We were looking for a sofa for the living room, so that we could easily turn it into a sleeping place in everyday life with ease, if necessary, and also easily and quickly fold it.
The mechanisms here are so "airy" that I do it without difficulty. This was also important, even with the rare use of a sleeping place.
We decided on the color quickly, despite the wide variety, it's good that we initially knew what we wanted, otherwise it would have been soooo difficult.
We quickly decided on the model and placed our order.
It took a long time, two months, but we were in no hurry, because we ordered during the repair process. BUT he came to us even ahead of schedule!
Special thanks to the driver, who called several times in advance and informed us when and at what time it would be convenient to bring the sofa. This is a very important nuance for us, because at that time, we did not live at the delivery address.
There was only one drawback, there were no assembly instructions, but even without them, we assembled it very quickly. 👍

The deadline has expired and, of course, there is silence at the other end. I write to clarify the status of my order, in response I receive "we will clarify" and for the second week they have been silent. Naturally, I did not wait and re-ordered the sofa elsewhere, because I am 100% sure that they did not even start making any sofa for me. I do not recommend this company from the word at all.

But we were never able to choose a sofa in this store, and all because of the terrible attitude towards the Customer! The seller was not interested in the buyer from the word at all. Upon arrival at the store, no one came up to us, asked if we needed advice, the seller was minding his own business. After we decided to take the initiative, only then did they contact us) we really liked especially 1 sofa, which was not presented to the store. When I showed a screenshot from the Instagram account of this store, the seller told me that she did not have such a sofa and she did not understand what kind of sofa it was)) That is, the seller does not own the catalog and does not understand what is on sale and what is not) Later she found out that there is such a sofa, but she can't tell anything about it, it's natural)) To orientate the tissues - there were also difficulties) We also wanted to make a pouf for the sofa, 1 time we were oriented at one price, 2 times we were oriented at another increased cost with the same introductory. Did you understand that the seller does not have the information, but still tolerate a boorish attitude? What did we think, okay, let's close our eyes, because the sofas are cool, then we couldn't get to this store 5 times, given that our questions couldn't be answered at the time of choice, and what would have happened if the sofa hadn't been brought in time? Or did you have any other questions? When I informed you on Instagram at the store for the first time that the attitude was terrible, we were also not interested in solving the problem (perhaps with the management), perhaps we should be offered some conditions so that we could still make a purchase.
