The hostel is open 24/7, there is always communication with the administrator. It's quite cozy, clean, and bright. There are grocery stores nearby. The kitchen is equipped with appliances and dishes. Kettle and refrigerator, TV in the room. The territory is well maintained and fenced. Marina, the receptionist, received us very cordially, was professional and tactful. Overall, it's very good for the hostel. The only caveat is that the shower stall only has a watering can in the ceiling, but I would like to see a watering can with a hose. This is especially true for girls who are not ready to wash their long hair daily.) Thank you for the warm welcome and comfortable stay.

A good hostel-hotel, everything inside is solid, high-quality, at least in our room (there was a suite), at an affordable price, by the way. The attic floor, but it doesn't bother, the ceilings are comfortably lowered and it's even nice to live with such ceilings sometimes. And there is a monastery within walking distance, while you reach it (20 minutes), you get into the atmosphere of a calm, well-maintained village town, the fences in Polotsk were amazing for us - everywhere concrete with balusters and decorations! And the hotel is quiet and pleasant.… You can stop again and more than once)

There are a lot of cups in the kitchen, but no plates. Why? The rooms are well maintained and don't smell anything. The walls are cardboard, if the neighbors have a dog who wants to bark, you'll have to deal with it somehow. They don't really tell you what they have there and what you can use, but the staff is not interested in your experience of staying. The bathroom and toilet are shared, but they are clean. As a backup option, when there are no places in hotels because of the athletes, it's very good. I liked that the atmosphere was mostly secluded, but not abandoned. For example, the motion sensor on the smoking room worked, which turned on the flashlight in the dark.
