The suite is comfortable and clean enough, only it has its own bathroom. Wi-Fi pulls weakly, but, if desired, it catches a much more powerful one on the ground floor, you can solve your tasks. It is somewhat stuffy in the heat and there are no mosquito nets, which complicates ventilation. At night, for about an hour, it was prevented from sleeping by the barking of unknown dogs - the presence of a private sector nearby creates some inconvenience precisely for this. However, a large secured private parking is an important plus. There are shops nearby, but the city center is a half-hour walk away.

A wonderful hostel! I advise everyone! A very cozy place! I recommend the suites. I was able to pay with a MIR payment system card without any problems. There is its own Parking on site, there is a sauna complex, but I have not been there yet. There are many different gazebos that are very comfortable with barbecues. There are also fully enclosed gazebos. Kind and polite hosts, as well as staff! But not all of it)) there is one young blonde girl who spoiled the impression a little) she would like to learn politeness.. and then everything would be fine) It would be better to deal with mosquitoes somehow.. since fumitox is a useless thing.. because it's hot in summer and the windows are open... or mosquito nets, but ideally air conditioning) and I would also like to have a watering can in the shower to wash properly) since it is not very convenient when it just pours water from above))

We booked on the Island, where the place is designated as a mini-hotel, in fact - a hostel. Excellent audibility, a group of elderly women lived next to us-very talkative and noisy women... There is one toilet per floor, and the bathroom is combined, if someone takes a shower, there is only a toilet outside for you. If the cost for one night was 500-600 rubles, then it is quite acceptable, but for 1600 you can rent an apartment in Polotsk, at least you will not need to coordinate a visit to the toilet with anyone...

A pleasant place, photos of everything are not transmitted. Quiet area. Grocery stores are within walking distance. There are several refrigerators, a kitchen. It's very decent for a hostel, I recommend it. Of the disadvantages, poor mobile Internet, operator Life. Wi-Fi was also weakly getting to our room.

We visited this place several times, until it was probably the last time. Everything was fine, always clean, there were no problems or questions. But not this time. The first thing that angered me was that it wasn't represented by a sheet, but that's okay. Further, when we entered, a dirty floor was waiting for us, dirty dishes that could not be used, an unexpected guest not from our company - a cockroach. The shower curtain is covered with a thick layer of incomprehensible mucus.
It's a pity that the place has deteriorated so much. I hope that my review will read the manual and take appropriate measures to eliminate all the issues.

The result of an open window is a swarm of mosquitoes and a night without sleep... At about 3 a.m., I freaked out and went to sleep in the car (it's cool, but without mosquitoes!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located at a slight distance from the city center - not critical. There is parking for the car. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking and eating. There are many picnic areas (barbecue grills). There was a problem with the Wi-Fi on the second floor - it didn't work. The conditions in the rooms (sound insulation, beds, furniture) are excellent. There is a sauna for an additional fee. I will be in Polotsk again - only “Sofia".

Well, I've been to this hotel twice with a break of 5-6 years. It's bad both times!!! This is a hostel. You can only eat in the kitchen, you bought it yourself, cooked it. The shower is on the floor. And only on top of the watering can. That is, we wash every time from head to toe. This time we got into a room with a "scent" of sweat. We slept with the window open, it didn't help, we just caught a cold. The underwear also had a pungent "aroma" of peasant sweat. Not fresh. In the morning I realized why the watering can is only on top!!! I got rid of that smell. The neighbors turned out to be loud-mouthed from 7 a.m., and even with children. In short, thanks to them, they woke us up early, we quickly washed up and left. We had breakfast at the gas station. By the way, it was delicious. The gas station is called "Cicada"!!! Nice and the staff are nice!!!
And I'm going back to the hostel. I do not recommend this place!!! It's not comfortable, uncomfortable, and the staff is surly. And most importantly, no changes. One good thing is that there is a small parking lot. But, anyway, no, it's a bad place!

A very decent place, for its price category. The furniture is not new, but everything is clean. The room has a TV, a kettle. There is a shared kitchen where you can prepare meals. You can order a sauna, or roast kebabs in a separate gazebo. Nice staff. There is a parking lot.

I would like to wish to update or clean the upholstered furniture well (well, very greasy armchairs and a sofa), and add a shower to the main shower in the ceiling). It's very noisy. Gazebos around the hostel are rented to those who wish to celebrate. They celebrate birthdays, cooperatives, meetings, etc. They stayed overnight, music blared from all sides until 23 o'clock.

I recommend this hotel: we stayed in it for one night, check-in was late, a very pleasant receptionist briefly told everything about the hotel, offered to change the reserved room to a suite, with a small surcharge (5 bel.rub.) we checked into a suite.
I want to note the following aspects: clean bed linen, clean bathroom with hot water, just flying wi-fi, and a comfortable bed (not simple). We rested and drove on.
There was a kettle, two mugs and tea in the room. There are two shops near the hotel, a good selection of dairy products. One of the shops is open 24 hours a day.
The administrator suggested using the kitchen in the morning, where you can cook breakfast, there are dishes for cooking, it is possible to use tea.

We stayed in Polotsk in June 2022. We chose the hostel based on reviews, relying on the price-quality ratio. We booked a room by phone, however, we were warned that only the suites remained. The hostel is located far from the city center, but it has its advantages: the neighborhood is quiet, the territory is fenced, there are enough Parking spaces. There is a sauna. We didn't use it, but the steamed men came out very happy. But we took advantage of the barbecue and recreation area, which are enough for several companies on the territory of the hostels.
The room is clean, well renovated and furnished. In the first room there is a sofa, a coffee table (on the table there is a kettle, cups and glasses, tea, sugar), an armchair, a TV, a refrigerator, a mirror, a wardrobe and a shelving. In the second room there is a double bed, bedside shelves, sockets on both sides of the bed, an armchair, a mirror. The room has a toilet, shower, hairdryer, set of towels.
The staff is very friendly, they explained that it is cheaper to pay with a MIR card than to withdraw money from a bank. Accommodation for 1 day for three (the child was given an additional set of underwear) cost us 60 Belarusian rubles.
A 15-minute walk away is the Spaso-Euphrosyne Convent of the 12th century with the relics of Euphrosyne of Polotsk.
Of the minuses, it is worth noting only the lack of air conditioning (in the 30-degree heat, even at night it was stuffy on the second floor).

It's really super. I really liked it. We arrived closer to night. We settled in without any problems. Thanks to Marina. The price / quality is just 6 out of 5. For that kind of money, a very good overnight stay. The room was clean, there were no problems with water, soap, shampoo, everything is in the kitchen for cooking, parking is closed from outsiders, they do not charge extra money for this. In general, only positive things can be said about this place. If you are going to Polotsk, then they are definitely waiting for you here.
