Заказывали кухонный гарнитур, через 3 месяца привезли в неполной комплектации, ещё через 1,5 месяца привезли остатки. На протяжении всего времени каждый день говорили, что сегодня уже привезут. Договор составлен так, что ни какие письменные претензии не помогут, неустойку не получишь.
