A surprisingly ill-mannered female receptionist. On January 7, 2025, a group of 7 people came in to wait 15 minutes before the start of the event. As a result, the woman made a scandal out of thin air, forbade us to move 2 tables (this is with an empty hall), refused to give lids for cups of tea, which we decided to take with us. And in general, she DROVE us out of the hall! It was the first time I had encountered such a thing, now it was not surprising that the hall was empty. We barely managed to get a book of reviews. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The female administrator showed a surprising lack of flexibility and customer orientation. We asked for tea and coffee to be taken away, and sat down waiting for the order. We were told that they don't make takeaway tea. We asked for a pot of tea and paper cups that were available to take the tea with us. This displeased the administrator. Then they pointed out to us that we could not wait for an order while sitting at a table, which was nonsense. With an empty cafe! As a result, the tension is out of the blue, instead of the joy of visiting this place. I felt like I was in a Soviet canteen, and not in a modern cafe with express service, which can be expected from the name and type of cafe.
