We bought a sofa almost 2 years ago. I'm not happy, we went through with the fabric and colors, but that's not what, but after a couple of months on the couch, the leg bent, they came to fix it. After a while, it started to jam when the sofa was fixed for me. A year and a half later, the decorative picket burst and + then the seams parted and a hole came out in the side of the sofa . Thanks to the director that he went to meet us and decided to re-tie the sofa with a new fabric. But after 2 months of waiting, they brought me a beautiful sofa with a new fabric, I was very happy and thanked them for such a wonderful job. But after we started collecting it, we realized that when you put it between the backs of the hole, everything falls in there, garbage toys are small and it's not convenient to sleep in this hole, the sheets fall in there too, it's terrible. Immediately we dialed them and they said that this could not be . They said that if you sleep for a couple of weeks, everything will come back to normal, but after a week nothing happened. After a while, I arrived and wrote a statement, the masters came and said that everything seemed to me because the sofa was dark and now it's light, they twisted something a little better, but this gap is terrible as it hurts my eyes and it's not very comfortable to sleep. The masters said they couldn't help me any more, they said if you don't like something, take it for examination, but I can't afford a lot of money. I can conclude that when they probably pulled the fabric, they pulled it too much, that's all, or under heavy pressure, I don't really understand it. I bought a sofa for a long time and very expensive, but in fact one negative from this company, I hope that you will respond to my review.
