A very dishonest attitude towards customers. The client loses his time, finds errors in the configuration, and they issue an invoice and write that they have analyzed the client's database. We have already had this situation repeated twice in 3 years. It turns out that their clients earn extra money as testers and for this they also pay the Softservice company themselves. I had to work with different companies, but such a mess is only in Softservice LLC.

Terrible attitude towards customers! Before the conclusion of the contract, they promise "mountains of gold". Then there is only pulling money. It is very difficult to get in touch. You have installed a connector, you write, you wait a very long time for an answer. We agree to call for work at a certain time. If you wait, postpone another job, you may not wait. At the same time, the money for the consultation has already been paid.
