A very dishonest attitude towards customers. The client loses his time, finds errors in the configuration, and they issue an invoice and write that they have analyzed the client's database. We have already had this situation repeated twice in 3 years. It turns out that their clients earn extra money as testers and for this they also pay the Softservice company themselves. I had to work with different companies, but such a mess is only in Softservice LLC.
