Хотела бы отставить отзыв о работе агенства, а в частности о Наталье! Потрясающий специалист! Понимает все пожелания и подберёт именно то что нужно! Много лет путешествий только с ней и ни одного раза не было неприятных неожиданностей. Рекомендую именно к ней! Вернулись из Турции и опять довольны) Были ньюансы в отеле, но нас предупредила Наталья и мы были готовы) спасибо за прекрасную работу!!!

A wonderful rest after a long break.I have never considered Turkey in October.....But in vain...The weather is a joy-especially for those who are aged...Water plus 27...Air-28....super weather...With food, of course, too much....Abundance...Only breakfast would be enough...The hotel in Alanya-Locsiya is excellent....

I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
We signed a contract for a tour worth 1300 € and paid 30% of the cost, the next day we called back and said that we were refused, because this tour costs 2600 €.
They mislead customers and do not comply with their obligations under the contract, I am extremely dissatisfied and will never contact them or advise them again. The sediment will remain for a long time

Добрый день всем хочу оставить отзыв об туроператоре Софт тур. Отношение неплохое уважительной но он всего лишь посредник и при сложных обстоятельствах совершенно не способен влиять на ситуацию поэтому обсолютно бесполезен и надеяться на него не стоит.
