Two original twin houses. There are plenty of parking spaces, and there is an underground car park. The territory in front of the house is landscaped: benches, flower beds, fountain, Playground. Nearby there is a sports complex, a temple, a bus stop, shops, a market, a cafe. There is a cafe, a clinic, and a children's group in the complex itself. There are also vacant squares that are for rent. The sea is 10 minutes away. In the evening, the backlight turns on beautifully. There is a vacant lot behind the house, but I think it will be improved soon. There are two houses of earlier construction nearby. These four houses stand apart. So it's mostly quiet here. It is only on public holidays that the square near the sports complex is noisy.
