I ordered two batteries from this online store. The website says "free shipping", which was also confirmed by the manager in a telephone conversation. The product was shipped after full prepayment, but upon receipt at the post office it turned out that the delivery was at the expense of the buyer! The manager admitted that this was their mistake and promised to refund the money for delivery to the card, but a month later, they never returned it... I called them twice with a reminder, in response - only promises ...
not a conscientious seller. I do not recommend contacting this store.
