And I have something to compare it with) I have been walking for years, and I have never encountered rudeness or rudeness, which are described below. The receptionists are very polite. They will tell and explain everything. And what you need to turn on yourself is the norm. It's not difficult to press the button, and why would you, naked, have a company, even in the person of an administrator)))How many salons have you visited - you turn on the lamps yourself everywhere. As for additional information about tanning, the administrators always answer your questions. They present information competently and in an accessible way. I can say for sure that in this salon, again, compared to others) customer care is above material benefits!! If you want more minutes, but your color type is not recommended, you will be strongly advised to "reduce the fervor". In general, this is the best salon for me. I have walked, and I will walk!It's a pity that I'm still alone in the city🥰

Just a great solarium, I advise everyone. Stylish interior, cleanliness, beauty and sterility all around. I would especially like to mention the administrator Julia, she is very polite and attentive to every visitor, a true professional in her field. It feels like everything in the solarium is organized wisely and with a soul!!! Definitely 5+++.

After visiting the Black Power solarium, tan and mood are 100% I have been walking for a long time, the effect of tanning is visible immediately, and over time, it manifests itself even more strongly during the day. I have been visiting this solarium for more than 11 years. Always friendly staff, will give advice on the number of minutes, on creams. The lamps are changed in a timely manner, the tan is uniform. Cozy, there are season tickets on sale with compliments))))

Maybe the salon is equipped with high-quality devices, but the service is just disgusting, I was in the solarium for the first time in my life on a gift coupon, as a result I had to figure out how to prepare for the procedure myself, ask for the materials that they should give out, the device itself is turned on by the client independently, i.e. once they explained how to start, then figure it out yourself. The salon also offers a test drive of the new body wave procedure for new subscribers of their Instagram, but I did not receive the procedure, since most likely I set up the device incorrectly myself due to ignorance. After the procedure, I was not asked about how everything went, or about anything else, I went out, got dressed, and only heard goodbye. I am very upset, after such a service, the desire to visit the solarium has completely disappeared. No interest in the client.
