We ordered the shell on 09.09.22 and paid for it. they promised delivery on 09/14/12, then 09/19/12. After that, they disappeared, the phone was turned off, the webber was online. At first, the messages in Viber were viewed, they even replied that they would send them by European mail (we are in another city). on 05.10.2022, there is no shell, no refund, the phone is not picked up
