We had a double room with toilet, shower, and most importantly - air conditioning)))))) there was even a small refrigerator in the room, but we used a large one in the shared kitchen. Chic a bonus was the presence of a pool and a trampoline on the premises, the son was not pull, sometimes even to the sea is not reached))))) We are very lucky that we were together the children of the owners, and the son was not boring at all, and I could sunbathe, read a book on the swing and drink coffee😁 I highly recommend this place for a sincere family vacation.

We rested from 08/5/2024 to 08/13/2024 in the Sunny hotel house. We were very satisfied. The rooms are clean, the area is nice and cozy. There is a shower and toilet in the room. There is no TV, we didn't need it. There is a split system in the room. Two shared kitchens, two gas stoves, all appliances, dishes. Everything is brand new and clean. Shared kitchen with tables. Wi-Fi is working, the light is working and the hot water is running without interruption. There is a swimming pool outside, the water is constantly changed, and there is a small inflatable for kids. Also babut, with watering. The children are happy, they have had a lot of fun during the time they spent. Our daughter is generally a trampoline lover, but here you can jump as much as you want. There is water from the cooler, which pleased me. Bench/swing, fabric swing. Parking for cars. There are chickens, ducks, and geese in the fenced area nearby. Beauty. 10 minutes from the train station, Alexander met us and escorted us from the train to the train. We are very grateful to him. He told me everything about transport, shops, where, what. You can walk to the sea, we went by trolleybuses 10 r passage number 1, 3. Or by buses. We like to get used to the infrastructure, explore the area ourselves. It's a joy for us. On the way, go to shops, cafes. The promenade and the beach are excellent. Of the shops there are LSWaiKiKi, the ethno oven store, and the apsny Mall. The grocery store is a wave with Turkish products. In the hotel house, the children of the owner, the manager Alexander, rested, our children played with them, the atmosphere was homely, sincere. We have something to compare it with, that year we were in Gagra at the Abkhazians' house. It is much more comfortable here, everything is clean and clear, I write again like close friends or relatives. We will come again, we will advise our friends and we advise you. A kitchen equipped with everything you need from dishes to household appliances, a cool dining room with lots of tables. Within walking distance of the railway station and bus station, grocery stores and a summer cafe-barbecue. We really enjoyed our stay at Solnechny and recommend it to you.
