This is not the first time I have visited this studio for self-training. First of all, I want to say thank you for being the only one in Yerevan who provides self—training at an affordable price and in a good gym. The quality of the coating, mirrors and the condition of the bathroom are without complaints. However, there are several points that create some discomfort.: 1. There are often people in the studio who are not engaged in dancing. It may be worth conducting work processes outside of the time of self-preparation or setting blocks for this time. Extraneous movements are distracting, and gazes make it difficult to focus on training. 2. It would be great if the space where visitors drink tea and socialize was somehow visually separated from the hall. Sometimes it feels like this area is turning into a place to observe others, which can cause discomfort. 3. It can be uncomfortable in the evenings when the hall is visible from the street. Perhaps darkening the glass of the entrance door will make the atmosphere more comfortable and safe. My review is based not only on personal experience, but also on the opinions of other dancers who regularly use the studio's services. During further development, the studio would like to pay attention to the working atmosphere and respect for the personal space of visitors.

If you hate stretching and you are a real log, then you need personal training in BMS. It's worth trying. There is a vibration device that relaxes the muscles and helps to stretch more easily. As a result, you get two in one: massage and stretching. I was making tangible progress and would hardly have achieved this if I had just been stretching. In addition, there are regular group stretching classes, dancing and other interesting buns. The hall is cozy and clean. Special thanks to Svetlana, who conducts all these trainings. She is a very good and experienced coach, attentive and always interested in the student's progress. She is also positive and cheerful, which lifts the mood during training. Although I live far away, but I come there anyway, because it's worth it)
