We ordered a bed on 26.09, brought it on 23.10, although the manager said that, as a rule, orders are fulfilled within 2 weeks, but this is the least of the problems. The purchase was planned in installments in 3 stages (20 prepayment, 50 upon delivery of the bed and 30 a month later) and this was discussed with the same manager, however, she signed the contract with payment in 2 stages (26% and 74%).Immediately upon conclusion of the contract, the terms of delivery and assembly were clarified:delivery to the 2nd floor and the fence of old furniture were free at all stages, the assembly was 20 rubles (excellent conditions, it would seem).But on the day of arrival (23.10) it turned out that the check was punched yesterday and punched for the full remaining amount to be paid.Also, from the assemblers (they are also deliverers) and after a clarifying call to the office, we learned that delivery costs 30 rubles, climbing to the floor 10 rubles and lowering old furniture 30 rubles (thank you that at least the assembly still costs 20 rubles). Alas, there are too many inconsistencies and surcharges to give a good rating to this manufacturer at the end of the entire purchase.
