It took 15 seconds to hold down the power off button to "reset" the state and bring the keyboard back to life, but before the subsequent reset. I called several services, many of them didn't even want to fraternize, but then they told me on the phone that the problem was with the power controller, I needed to contact the service and they guided me on the price.
